Jeffco Human Services Foundation
Jeffco Human Services Foundation is a nonprofit created to incubate and promote innovations that fuel prosperity for all families. One of the programs directly impacted by our effort is Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP), a community supporting families moving from poverty to prosperity through a multi-generation approach – students to diploma and parents to self-defined prosperity. Our goal is to break the cycle of generational poverty through services that focus on economic stability, education, employment, health and wellness, and social capital.
