Rocky Mountain Road Runners

Rocky Mountain Road Runners is a non-profit, all volunteer running community that provides our members and guests with monthly races and year-round training opportunities throughout the Denver metro area. Our monthly Trophy Series races give you an inexpensive way to race your running friends, and our track and marathon training programs help you build your fitness and get ready for that goal race you’ve had in mind.

In 2024, the club will be celebrating our 65th anniversary. We were awarded the 2018 “Best Run Club” in Denver by Westword. Individual memberships are just $50, families are $75, and include entry to our monthly Trophy Series races, Summer Track Workouts and other select events throughout the year.
The Trophy Series is RMRR’s monthly race series featuring a unique handicap scoring system. Participants are given different starting times based on ability. In theory, if everyone runs their predicted time, everyone finishes at the same time. So racers of all abilities have an equal chance of winning. Each race in the series is in a different location and the distances vary from 2 to 10 miles, traditionally on the first Sunday of each month.

RMRR’s Marathon Training Series provides a set of three 10M or 20M races in the spring and fall that are low cost, friendly, fully supported, and officially timed. All you need to do is focus on your running! Our races fit perfectly in training schedules for Colfax, Boston, New York, Chicago, and other full and half marathons. Everyone is welcome at our MTS races: RMRR members, guests, training team members, everyone!

Visit us at www.rmrr.org or on Facebook for more information and upcoming races. Or become a member today! Join Us
