bRUNch is a social running group that loves to run and eat brunch. Each Sunday the group meets for a training run at a local restaurant. The group offers both 5K and 10K runs each week. The fun continues back at the restaurant with the ultimate brunching experience and post-run chatting. bRUNch costs $25 per week and includes run, entree, 2 drinks, tax and gratuity. Colorado Columbines/Distance Divas
The Columbines Club is Colorado’s only women’s running club and has been active in the Denver metro area for over 30 years. The Club promotes recreational and competitive running for females of all ages and abilities and reflects the general population of women runners – from beginners to ultra marathoners, from turtles to rabbits. Whether you’re a sub-seven minute miler or prefer a more leisurely 12 minute/mile pace, we have members running at your speed. Frontrunners is a running and walking club for the GLBT community and their friends, and is one of the many International Frontrunners clubs established throughout the world. Denver Track Club
Denver Track Club is a group of athletes that specialize in distances from the 100m to the half-marathon. Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle with a heavy emphasis on track based workouts. Denver TC has scheduled practice twice a week: Wednesdays at 6pm at the Runners Roost on S. Colorado BLVD and Washington Park at 9am on Saturdays. Irish Snug Running Club
Thursdays 630pm. The Irish Snug Running Club meets at the downstairs “Under the Snug” at The Irish Snug. Depart at 615pm with a coach, or check in by 630 and run the course on your own or with other runners. Then, return for a great pasta and salad appetizer, and drink specials. Runners who have completed their 10th run with the club earn an Irish Snug Running Club technical shirt, and we even have a few runners who’ve earned a 100 run shirt as well. Get more information.

Life Time Run is here to help you reach all of your goals. The LTR Certified Run Coaches are experienced and passionate runners that will help you to get the results you’re looking for. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities all speeds and styles.

The Mile High Track Club uses running as a centerpiece for having fun, regardless of ability or experience. We are a group of like-minded individuals who love to do hard workouts and local races, supporting and encouraging each other along the way.
