This includes detailed route maps for each Saturday run, fully-stocked aid stations with water and Gatorade, a variety of routes in and around Denver, personal coaching, and camaraderie with friendly members of all abilities. Altitude Multisport Club

This year (2014) marks the 9th season as a USAT Registered club for Altitude Multisport Club. With a member base of over 100 members, the club provides a connecting point for multisport athletes in and around the Aurora, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock area to meet, train and race as part of a community of like minded athletes. Members represent the club and sponsors at some of the finest events in the Rocky Mountain Region and across the United States. The club is open to all levels and abilities of multisport athletes from the first time triathlete to the seasoned Ironman level competitor. Belmar Running Club

Belmar Running Club is the perfect outlet for runners of all abilities in the Lakewood, Golden, Denver West and Wheat Ridge areas. Our passion for running allows you to have fun, while challenging your fitness. We run every Thursday at 6p. The first and third Thursdays we start from Runner’s Roost Lakewood – 7978 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood. The second and fourth Thursdays start at 100% Chiropractic/Belmar – 455 S. Teller St., Lakewood.

Boulder Running Company – Littleton

Littleton, Colorado

Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM. Join us for a speedwork session! All abilities welcome, workouts are tailored to ability level and are adjusted as you progress. We start outside the store at 6:00 PM, and finish at Nellas Frozen Yogurt. Free water station for all runners/walkers and raffle for Nellas swag and Boulder Running Company goodies every week. All ages and abilities are invited.

Saturday mornings at 7:30 AM. Runs start and finish at Tony’s Market located approximately one block from the store at 7421 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. All ages and abilities are invited to come. Free water station for the runners/walkers plus Tony’s offers a discounted breakfast after you finish. Typical distance is anywhere from 1-6 miles.

Sunday – Join us for a weekly trail run. We switch locations monthly and meet at 9:00 AM. For current location please call 303-932-6000. All abilities are welcome!

Boulder Running Company – DTC

Greenwood Village/Denver Tech Center, Colorado

Join us for Saturday Morning runs at 7:30am! We provide a different route every weekend to keep the thrill of exploring every nook and cranny of the Tech Center including runs to the Highline Canal, Cherry Creek Reservoir, and Willow Creek Open Space. All courses provide hydration stations every 2 miles along the way and a free breakfast post run! All abilities and speeds welcome to join.

bRUNch™ Running

Denver, Boulder and Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland & Longmont) , Colorado

bRUNch is a social running group that loves to run and eat brunch. Each Sunday the group meets for a training run at a local restaurant. The group offers both 5K and 10K runs each week. The fun continues back at the restaurant with the ultimate brunching experience and post-run chatting. bRUNch costs $25 per week and includes run, entree, 2 drinks, tax and gratuity. Colorado Columbines/Distance Divas

The Columbines Club is Colorado’s only women’s running club and has been active in the Denver metro area for over 30 years. The Club promotes recreational and competitive running for females of all ages and abilities and reflects the general population of women runners – from beginners to ultra marathoners, from turtles to rabbits. Whether you’re a sub-seven minute miler or prefer a more leisurely 12 minute/mile pace, we have members running at your speed. We have over 200 members who live anywhere from Evergreen to Broomfield to Aurora. The Columbines Club has two fundamental goals: to provide women runners with an opportunity to build a social network of runners and to support the running community. Frontrunners is a running and walking club for the GLBT community and their friends, and is one of the many International Frontrunners clubs established throughout the world. Please join us for our weekly runs and walks in either Denver or Boulder. Seasonally you can find us running trail runs at various locations throughout the Front Range. Runners and walkers of all abilities, regardless of age, gender, race, pace or sexual orientation, are welcome and it’s a great way to get active and stay healthy.

Denver Track Club

Denver Track Club is a group of athletes that specialize in distances from the 100m to the half-marathon. Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle with a heavy emphasis on track based workouts. Denver TC has scheduled practice twice a week: Wednesdays at 6pm at the Runners Roost on S. Colorado BLVD and Washington Park at 9am on Saturdays. Lastly, we have a Sunday long run group that begins at multiple locations throughout the city. Irish Snug Running Club

Denver, Colorado

The Irish Snug Running Club meets every Thursday at The Irish Snug, in the downstairs bar “Under The Snug”, where runners can check in before 6:30 PM. We depart for our 5K course at 6:15 PM with a coach, or you can follow the course on your own or with other runners. Then, return for a great pasta and salad appetizer, and drink specials. Runners who have completed their 10th run with the club earn an Irish Snug Running Club technical shirt, and we even have a few runners who’ve earned a 100 run shirt as well. Get more information.

Life Time Run is here to help you reach all of your goals. The LTR Certified Run Coaches are experienced and passionate runners that will help you to get the results you’re looking for. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities all speeds and styles.

Group training will be offered for the Colfax Full & Half Marathons, 16 & 12 week plans respectively, starting January 24, 2016 and February 21, 2016. Cost for this training is $26.20 for the full and $13.10 for the half. Check out the details.

Mile High Track Club

The Mile High Track Club uses running as a centerpiece for having fun, regardless of ability or experience. We are a group of like-minded individuals who love to do hard workouts and local races, supporting and encouraging each other along the way. MHTC track/tempo workouts take place on Thursday mornings at 6am. Workouts are customized for those training for different distances– Marathon, 5K, and even the Mile!
