The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado & Wyoming is the leader in empowering, connecting, and educating to improve the lives of everyone affected by epilepsy. The Foundation leads the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives. Epilepsy is a common neurological condition that causes seizures which can affect a variety of mental and physical functions. One out of 26 people will be diagnosed with epilepsy in his or her lifetime. The Foundation offers a wide range of programs for our community including our internationally recognized summer camps for children with epilepsy, adult and teen support groups, Seizure Safety School presentations, advocacy initiatives, first responder training, and our holistic mental health program.
