The Center on Colfax
For nearly five decades, The Center on Colfax has been Denver’s LGBTQ+ community institution—a lifeline, beacon, and a gathering place. We serve thousands annually through peer programs, social groups and youth outreach. Today, we face a growing number of new challenges. The hateful rhetoric nationwide, changes in policies and resources, and shrinking number of safe spaces are driving a migration to Colorado. We must expand our services, opportunities, and physical space to meet the needs of the queer community.
The Center on Colfax invites our community to look forward—toward a more inclusive, connected, and courageous Colorado. From safe spaces and social programs to advocacy and Pride, every act of giving ensures we are able to serve today’s needs while building the foundation for what comes next. Together, we are sparking a revolution.
