SeizingPsych supports individuals living with brain or mental illness, and the families who walk alongside them, through free peer connection, education, advocacy, and a compassionate community rooted in lived experience. We envision a future where every individual and family impacted by brain or mental illness is empowered to harness their unique strengths, transforming their journey into a life of dignity and profound purpose through well informed community. We’re excited to join the Denver Colfax Marathon for our fourth year to raise awareness for mental health and reduce stigma in the community!
