The CF Foundation is the world’s leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, and nearly every CF-specific drug available today was made possible with our financial support. We are a donor-funded, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is fully accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time.
