Colorado Vincentian Volunteers

Companions on the Journey

The Colorado Vincentian Volunteers is a community of faith and action. Twenty men and women ages 22-30 are recruited annually to accompany the poor, live in community, grow spiritually, and develop a deeper understanding of social justice and change. The volunteers serve homeless youth and adults, children in inner-city schools, the medically indigent, and economically disadvantaged people in need of emergency assistance. In the past 24 years, 353 volunteers have completed the program, and 68 non-profit agencies have received over 635,400 hours of volunteer service.
