Project Angel Heart
Project Angel Heart improves health and well-being for Coloradans living with severe illnesses by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals and promoting the power of food as medicine. This year, we’ll prepare and deliver 700,000 meals to 5,000 neighbors in need with illnesses such as cancer, heart failure, HIV/AIDS and more.
