GO4GRAHAM

Moving for Mental Health
GO4GRAHAM is a movement for mental health. It is a group of runners, bikers, and activists who are raising awareness and fighting the stigma of depression. GO4GRAHAM supports the University of Colorado Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center and their groundbreaking work. It was created to honor our brother, friend, and son, Graham Stingley, who suffered from depression throughout his short yet profound life. Graham died at the age of 23 from a drug interaction with his depression medication. To learn more about us, visit www.go4graham.org. For more information about our participation with the Colfax marathon, contact Will Stingley, wstingley@gmail.com.
