Join the excitement as a volunteer for the 2012 Kaiser Permanente Colfax Marathon. Share your skills, learn new ones and meet new friends. Over 2,000 people are needed before, during and after the May 20th race: from working at the event in Denver’s City Park to staffing the race course to handing out water at the start/finish line, this year’s Marathon needs you.
All volunteers will receive an official 2012 event t-shirt, food and beverages, close-in parking and the same Goody Bags as runners, sponsored by OrthoColorado Hospital at St. Anthony Medical Campus.
Volunteers are needed in a wide variety of areas before and during the event including: registration & packet pick-up, event set-up & tear-down, greeters, refreshment distribution, finish line distribution, bag check, exchange zone & route marshals and much more. Minimum age 16.
