Mile High Track Club
Denver, Colorado

The Mile High Track Club uses running as a centerpiece for having fun, regardless of ability or experience. We are a group of like-minded individuals who benefit from training guidance and motivation, and love to do hard workouts and local races, supporting and encouraging each other along the way. MHTC interval workouts take place on Thursday mornings at 6am, and Saturday morning long runs are fully marked and supported with hydration and nutrition. There are two levels of membership: one that will run from February 14 - October 20 ($100) that will prepare runners for Colfax and beyond, well into the fall marathon season; the second level of membership runs from June 1 - October 20 ($80) and is geared toward those focused on fall races. Members benefit from the continued guidance of coaches, including Mike Aish, Olympian, winner of Arizona and Denver Rock 'n Roll marathons, and winner of the 2012 Leadville 50. Rocky Mountain Road Runners

The Rocky Mountain Road Runners running club has been part of Denver running since 1959, and provides a fun environment for running, training, and racing at all levels. Monthly Trophy Series races give runners a great chance to test their fitness against a variety of courses, and regular training runs and track workouts help you stay fit and ready. The Columbines Club is Colorado’s only women's running club and has been active in the Denver metro area for over 30 years. The Club promotes recreational and competitive running for females of all ages and abilities and reflects the general population of women runners – from beginners to ultra marathoners, from turtles to rabbits. We have over 200 members who live anywhere from Evergreen to Broomfield to Aurora. The Overweight to Endurance Athlete Personal and Endurance Training Group is a group of runners from all different walks of life, ages, and abilities. Almost all of us within the group have overcome serious health hurdles and have endured intense personal challenges to get to this point. Coach’s Richard and Carlos decided that we wanted to give back to the community that has helped us be so successful in losing weight and eventually becoming an Ironman Triathlete. We have begun our training for the Colfax series of events from the Urban 10 miler to the half and full marathons. We meet weekly for group runs and training sessions. With the support of each other and our coaches, we are all sure to succeed at this monumental, and potentially life changing, event! Join the Colorado Athletic Club's Half and Full Marathon training group as we prepare for the 2013 Colfax Half and Full Marathon. Training will begin on January 21st 2013 and will include weekly runs and a training plan emailed straight to you. The weekly runs will be held on Monday's at 6:00 pm and Wednesday's at 6:00 am. The runs will leave from the 6th floor of the CAC Downtown at 1630 Welton. We will also provide interval workouts, motivational tips, planned weekly runs and social events. Pura Vida Barefoot Run Club

The PV Barefoot Run Club is a group of runners from all skill levels that practice the barefoot movement. Guided by the Vivobarefoot Coach Adrian Wegeng, runners safely increase their mileage or speed in minimalist shoes or barefoot. 80% of runners who have attempted to transition into minimalist shoes from traditional running shoes have gotten injured since doing so. With the assistance of the Vivobarefoot Coach, runners can make that transition without injury through form drills and appropriate increment increases in distance and speed.

We meet at 7:30 AM Saturday Mornings. If you are training for either a half or full marathon, use this run as your weekly long run as there is typically a group planning on running at least 10 miles or longer. Join us to go as long or as short as you'd like! Typical runs are 3 or more miles. Runs start and finish at Tony's Market located approximately one block from the store at 7421 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. All ages and abilities are invited to come. Free water station for the runners/walkers plus Tony’s offers breakfast burritos after you finish. Weekly raffles. After joining us 10 times, receive a free Technical T-shirt. Kids who finish a marathon and run with the club at least 9 times receive a free pair of shoes.
